A beginning ...

  7. Yup sure.But what I'll bring to the table(apart from the calories)I dont know!Though I have done massive research for quick fixes on the net and there are some good sites out there.Maybe share 'em.

    I’ve been a lurker on your other blog & was directed to this one today. I have put on some extra weight recently. A former fitness freak, I’m now struggling to get rid of the lard & also trying to overcome my laziness & get the butt moving to some solid early-morning workouts. Would love to contribute my sob-saga & I see this as motivation to keep going :-)

  9. roopsie, i am over-weight. by 12 kgs. since last 3 yrs. thanks to hormone supplements for anemia n cycle disorder. got a job, got stressed n puffed up like its not funny. me no likes working out, me no likes dieting, n me definitely no likes gyming. will wait for divine intervention to help me out... but i'd hate not to be a part of a blog u have!!!! :(
    can i still be ur team member?? i'll be ur official cheer girl...

  11. Wow, great idea.....am over 10kgs heavier than what I should be....and would love to hear all you guys....and also contribute with my side of story and also maybe few healthy recipes....

  12. Would love to be a part. I workout almost everyday and have trouble motivating myself on some cold, rainy days! I would also love to give/take tips on how to workout better and get longer lasting results!
